By using the Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state of residence (whichever is greater), that you operate a business, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us, and have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and its terms.

Subject to your strict and continued compliance with these Terms, Equature grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Website. You acknowledge and agree that you acquire no ownership rights in any materials protected by intellectual property laws.

We respect your privacy and the use and protection of your personal information. Your submission of personal data through the Website is governed by our Privacy Statement.

SECTION 4 – Information You Provide; Registration; Passwords
As a user of Equature, you may be required to register and create an account. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and not impersonating another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and agree not to transfer them to any third party. You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities conducted through your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
SECTION 5 – Order Placement and Acceptance
If you place an order for a product or service, full payment must be received before the order is accepted. We may request additional information if any required fields are incomplete or inaccurate and reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion.
Receipt of an electronic or written confirmation does not signify order acceptance. To modify or cancel a pending order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. However, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to amend your order as requested.
All items are subject to availability. If a product or service is unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and offer alternatives or a full refund upon your request.
We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction.
All prices and payments are stated and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
SECTION 6 – Refunds
Equature maintains a no refund or exchange policy for digital products. Once our services are delivered electronically (via email, download, or access), they are deemed used and non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied, your only remedy is to discontinue using our services. Canceling before the end of a billing cycle will not entitle you to any refund, credit, or prorated adjustment for unused time.
To cancel your subscription, email [email protected]. You will be required to complete a cancellation survey before we can process the request. Failure to submit the survey in a timely manner may result in being billed for the next cycle.
Once your survey is received, customer support will process your cancellation.
SECTION 7 – Subscription Terms and Automatic Payments
A Equature user is responsible for paying all sums due in connection with their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. The first fee is due upon account setup, and payment is a condition of access unless a free trial applies and is not canceled before the trial ends. Each calendar month, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable taxes for the upcoming month, along with any accumulated charges from the previous period (collectively “Fees”).
Failure to use any of the services available through Equature does not relieve the user of payment obligations. Payments can be made via credit or debit card, and we process them through a secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge that we retain transaction data, including the last four digits and expiration date of your card, and relevant billing cycle data.
You also acknowledge and agree that payments recur automatically based on the service-specific billing terms (e.g., monthly), unless canceled per the terms in this agreement. You authorize Equature to collect payment on these recurring terms.
SECTION 8 – Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, if we ship a physical product to you, Equature reserves the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within a reasonable time after receiving a complete and verified order.
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Estimated delivery dates are good-faith projections and subject to change. If your order is delayed, we will notify you using the email address provided. If we are unable to contact you, or you choose to cancel due to delay, we will issue a full refund.
Equature is not liable for any delay in shipment caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Products, services, and pricing are generally listed at www.equature.com and are subject to change without notice. Equature reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, services, or pricing at any time.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, price changes take effect after an email notice and apply from the first day of the following month. By using Equature services and continuing after receiving notice, you authorize the updated charge.
If you downgrade services, the change will take effect the following month. By continuing use, you consent to any pricing changes following notification.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, if a product’s actual price is higher than listed, we may contact you for approval or cancel the order with notice. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

You represent and warrant that your business is in good standing, and that there are no ongoing or pending legal investigations against you.
You agree to use Equature services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or harms others.
You are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business operations, including advertising, consumer protection, tax reporting, and marketing compliance.

Equature appreciates customer feedback and may use testimonials or reviews for promotional purposes. This includes publishing your name, city, and state along with the content you submitted.

To prevent or limit irreparable harm to Equature, if you breach or threaten to breach this Agreement or infringe on Equature’s intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to seek: Temporary restraining orders, Preliminary or permanent injunctions, Other forms of equitable relief, Nothing in this Agreement limits Equature’s right to seek additional legal remedies, including monetary damages.
SECTION 18 – Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Equature, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all: Claims
